Payments sent after 1PM EASTERN TIME (ONTARIO) will be accepted within a few hours, as these payments are for orders to be processed the next following business day.
Why?
Our payment cut off time is 1PM EASTERN TIME (ONTARIO) meaning, payments made before 1PM on the business day of shipping will be accepted within an hour or so and the order will be shipped out as well.
Weekend Hours
Your payments generally will arrive however please note payments on Saturday will usually be accepted around different time slots as our accountant does take a few hours off, but we do accept all payments and process your order to ship out first thing Monday.

Why does my tracking number say 'ELECTRONIC SHIPMENT RECEIVED'
We create your tracking number in-house to provide you the most efficient service.
However your tracking number will always update by 7:30PM - 8PM EASTERN TIME ONTARIO
As that is when we drop off your package at the local post office.
How does the 35-45% off work?
To clarify how our discount system works is when you add 8 Ounces into your cart (doesn't matter which strain) or if it is the same strain, your cart will automatically apply 45% off, which you will see the discounted price.
This allows you to build your own half pound while paying the closest and most preferred half pound price for all the strains you've selected.
If you wanted less variety, anything with 3 or more ounces qualifies you for 35% off your entire order
- With 3 Quarter Pounds, you get 10% off and with 4 Quarter Pounds you get 15% off
These discounts do not apply to Hash / Kief / Shatter / Concentrates, only Cannabis Flowers.
Whichever option you choose, the dollar $ automatically ends up being very close or on par with one another.
How long does shipping take?
We offer FREE Xpresspost Shipping via Canada Post.
Shipping generally takes about 2-3 business days to majority parts of Canada.
Please note depending on your city (usually smaller populations) will be 3 business days.
NOTE
The post office is closed Saturdays and Sundays, so all orders placed from Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out first thing Monday :)
The best time to order is preferably the weekend or Monday/Tuesday if you wish to achieve the order to arrive the same following week.
Haven't received a tracking number yet after 24 hours?
If you have not received a tracking number after 24 hours, this is an indication that your order is still ON HOLD
Meaning we have not received your payment, please revise your bank records and see if the payment was successfully sent to our email address that was provided at check out.
If your order is PROCESSING and you do not have a tracking number by 8PM EASTERN TIME (ONTARIO) the following business day, please contact us immediately here and we can definitely provide you an update =)
How do we package your order?
We ship your package with the utmost and vigorous high quality standards.
Your products are vacuum sealed TWICE into a smell proof bag which eliminates all odors to provide you a discrete and secure shipment right to your door.
We then package your sealed products into an Amazon style Parcel box, with tissue paper to conceal the contents, and tape your box with tamper tape.
The tamper tape is to provide you peace of mind that nobody has tampered with your shipment during shipment time =).

Order Pink Goo before the 19th and that batch was extremely good and so sticky you could pull the half pound out of the bag and shake it all around and no buds fell off that’s how stick it was and to further more test the stickiness I took 7 gram and left on plate on counter over night and lost like 1/8 of a gram it was still sticky but more brittle to where you could bust with your fingers and flakes of bud would stick to your fingers that you busted with so I order 2 more but they were totally different in color a darker green with little purple on odd bud and bud size was about the same but tons of shake, smelt a bit like first batch but not sticky at all like first batch, also half pound was double in size then first batch, it fill the Ziploc baggy, but when smoked still had a bit of a kick but not same intense kick as first batch and tasted bit like last batch but for price can’t complain.

Ordered and arrived on April 19th, The Pink Goo was extremely good for the price not sure what others got when ordered Pink Goo but stuff I got was medium to large size buds from cherry to plum size, Blue/Purple/Red/orange/green in rainbow of colors and was super sticky, a full half pound bag look like quarter pound but when bud busted a gram it fluffed right up but was still sticky made rolling easy, haven’t squished yet but planning on soon.
