A: Yes we are still shipping packages following our cut-off time guidelines.
Please be advised if Canada post terminates service, we are unable to ship packages for this reason. Stay up to date with local and community news, before emailing us please. We will post a website notice if Canada post is closed as well.
Q: Why has my tracking number not updated or only says electronic w/e submitted
A: This means your package is been processed as you have been provided a tracking number, however due to delays of Canada post, a scan or update may be up to 2 extra business days now
Q: Is it safe to order still
A: Yes, our entire warehouse distribution center has a mandatory safety uniform, including gloves masks, and a full on hazmat like outfit to ensure no contamination is spread on the packages or parcels. Please be advised all of our employees have tested negative for COVID-19 – making a clear answer that our facility is COVID-19 free.
Q: I need my package to arrive ASAP!
A: We use Canada Post to ship, it’s not on us, all we can do is process the order and drop it off. Whether it moves or gets delivered as fast as it should isn’t on us, so please do not email us for a refund.

Happy to say I received an order today (relatively bulk in nature, ~1.5lb, March 27th 2020, originally placed March 18th.
Although CoVid is making everything crazy, CW still ships, and Canada Post still delivers, it’ll all work in the end lads, just be patient man. Remember, we’re Canadian! Now’s the time to extend that extra friendliness, imagine how much of a rash this shit must be on Tony and Emma to have to operate this thang during all this? Give em’ a break guys, odds are the order will arrive FAT and heavy in count anyway.
