Cheapweed was founded in 2018, and the mandate statement was providing top quality/affordable medicinal cannabis across Canada.

 We strive on growing and improving based on your feedback. Our business is profoundly structured around our clients needs, and monthly targets are always for astronomical customer service.

We have spent a tremendous amount of consideration to finally make menu adjustments to best serve our clients needs.

Menu Navigation Changes

• Mix n Match Category – to help you surf through all live products available for mix n matching discount. – This will ensure you are able to get the new daily drops available in your choosing of an Oz or QP.
  
• Quarter Pound Category – to help you navigate quickly to purchase quarter pounds. Both flat rate and mix n match quarter pounds will be in this category. Flat rate quarter pounds are available more for higher end flower.
  
•  Mystery Ounces – $79,$89,$99$ – to provide a wider variety of affordable top quality flowers at a very affordable price. Rating grade or descriptions should help, however nothing would ever fall less than a high dub AA+. $99 and $109 ounces are the sweet spot!
  
• Flat Rate Oz – a newly introduced section which is expanding daily due to high demand and popularity. Higher ticket priced ounces are mainly due to rarity, higher terpenes, quality of smoke.
  
• Pheno / Top Craft Strains – Sometimes you find a cannabis strain so unique you can’t help but search endlessly for the exact same flower. Unfortunately it will be difficult to find. Every cannabis flower that has sprouted from a seed will be unique, and individual, it is it’s own specific Phenotype. These phenotypes are hunted, and mastered, to unveil the true potential of everything that individual seed has to offer. Each seed is unique, with the same mother and father – but different characteristics; taste, aroma, appearance, stickiness.

• Placing Orders – orders which are placed currently are available on-hold for your convenience up to 60 hours. As of November 1st, 2020 this will be changed to 36 hours.
  Exceptions apply *if you make a partial payment, the order will be put aside for you up to 5 days*
• Grading System – all flower products will now have an informative and detailed product descriptions, and letter grade rating – AA+, AAA+, AAAA+, to best give you a better judgement on your purchase. Our goal is to allow you to shop with confidence, prices and quality ratio are consistent that every repeat order should match or exceed your expectations. However any feedback is always greatly appreciated.
  
• Order Retention – all orders are subject to customer satisfaction. Our customer service department has noticed an increase in reported shortages or missing items claims which were deemed false claims/fraud based on camera surveillance proving otherwise. We strongly advise filming orders while they are being opened to give yourself supportive evidence to expedite your retention support ticket. However this is not mandatory, in the event your film supports possible human error on our end, we will reship or store credit to your account immediately.
  
• Product Descriptions – all products that will or have been updated onto our shop menu has been provided a photo of it’s most recent batch. Currently we are seeing issues with photos updating later → please clear your browser cache. *as this is the main reason*. Detailed strain descriptions will include overall rating, bag appeal, smell and taste, and quality overall purchase. We make it easy, and can provide informative experience to guide you on your purchasing needs
  
• Menu Updates – we update our menu daily, around midnight to 3am EST. The best time to check for new daily drops, is from 9pm to 3am EST. As most products may sell out overnight, it is best to know an official time that strains are updated. New strain updates can be found in your navigation menu → strain updates https://cheapweed.io/strain-updates/ → be sure to bookmark this to your smartphone.
  
• Canada Post delays – as we are going through unprecedented times due to covid-19.. We are aware clients may be more anxious and may feel that way sometimes with an invalid or slow updating tracking number. Canada post has been known to have delays but please do remain calm, rest assured if within 2-3 business days there are no updates, please do send us an email and we will be more than glad to look into this further. Patience is key and we appreciate your support.
